Dear Jose,
Overall, we were very satisfied with the food. There were only two
things I would have done differently if I had asked the questions in
advance. We had 10 guests and for the appetizers we received 10 samosas
-- some of our guest wanted more but we had none left! The same happened
with the dessert -- there were 13 pieces and most of our guests had to
eat only one piece. Lesson learnt is that the client needs to ask more
questions and it might help if the caterer flags this to the client
since they know how many pieces will be supplied.

The lunch was a huge success.
Everyone enjoyed it.
And you were right,
there was PLENTY of food.
There were some people that thought Indian was
a bit exotic for the entire office, but even people who never had Indian
food enjoyed themselves. Thanks. And I told everyone where the food came
from.
